Wednesday's Buzz:

>Full house at RiverWalk? It sure looks that way on the Ledbetter Properties' Web site, updated earlier this week. A nail salon has been added to the mix, joining Shane's Rib Shack, T-Mobile and Stella Blu, while another 1,200-square-foot slot shows "pending" and four others are down as proposed. A pack-and-mail company has been looking for local operators for several months, and likely is one of the new tenants. If all are confirmed, and with Laredo's just weeks away, that gives RiverWalk a full house with only Steak N Shake ... to go?> RiverWalk

>Main Street Commons also booking clients: The Ledbetters' Cartersville project, Main Street Commons next to Kohl's, also is cranking. Three more units are "pending" and newcomer Old Havana Cigar Co. has a major grand opening push planned for Saturday (see Downtown Headlines).

Obama wins nomination: Dixon of Dixon & Clemons called it from the start

"Sen. Barack Obama is the true agent of change in this race. Many in the media have discounted him because he has less experience on the national scene than any of the other top-tier candidates (Clinton, Edwards or Bill Richardson). However, he has managed to distinguish himself as the candidate who may not have the most experience but makes up for it by better filing the mold of what the voters see as a modern leader."

>So wrote Graham Dixon, active local Democrat and Hometown Headlines columnist, as he and Republican colleague Adams Clemons squared off last December in the premiere of their political commentary, Dixon & Clemons. Dixon saw something others didn't; Hillary Clinton even won his home county, Floyd, by a 400-plus vote margin in February. Good call, Graham.

Merryman Biodiesel pitching 'hydronators' to save on fuel costs: Merryman Biodiesel is up and running in Adairsville following a recent grand opening ceremony at 1002 Poplar Springs Road, Suite E. The company is offering "hyrdonators" for use by gasoline and diesel engines with prices ranging from $298 to $2,338. The installation cost is $25/hour with a two-hour minimum, says Bill Merryman, company founder. "We are pleased to bring the hydronator to Northwest Georgia.  It offers the potential for consumers to save significantly on their gas expenses by greatly increasing the miles per gallon on a tank of gas," said Merryman. The company is open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday-Friday and from 9 a.m. until noon on Saturday. For more, call  770-877-3100 or toll free, 866-388-0588. Web site: www.MerrymanBiodiesel.com
