Outlook: Periods of moderate to heavy rainfall especially this afternoon and evening may lead to additional flash flooding and river flooding. Rainfall amounts averaging between 1-2 inches can be expected north of Atlanta. Looking ahead: Heavy rainfall is expected again on Sunday especially across North Georgia with an additional 1-2 inches of rain. Weather forecast: -Saturday: 90% rain chance, high of 80, low of 71. -Sunday: 90% rain chance, high of 82, low of 72. -Monday: 40% rain chance, high of 92, low of 69.
