--Severe thunderstorm warning until 4:30 p.m.: THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN PEACHTREE CITY HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR EASTERN CHATTOOGA COUNTY , FLOYD COUNTY AND WESTERN GORDON COUNTY UNTIL 4:30 P.M. NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAPABLE OF PRODUCING DAMAGING WINDS UP TO 60 MPH. THESE STORMS WERE LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 13 MILES WEST OF FORT OGLETHORPE TO 7 MILES NORTH OF TRION TO 21 MILES NORTHWEST OF CAVE SPRING...MOVING EAST AT 40 MPH. * OTHER LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO SUMMERVILLE...RINGGOLD...TUNNEL HILL...DALTON...RESACA...ROME... VARNELL...PLAINVILLE...CALHOUN...COHUTTA AND SHANNON.
