Tuesday's Buzz

>A hint of what's to come at Riverbend Medical?

The opening of Northwest Georgia Medical Clinic earlier this year was a huge step for both the OB/GYN practice and Ledbetter Properties. The Riverbend Medical complex behind Riverbend Center (Kroger, Barnes & Noble) includes room for another large development and we're seeing some of the first signs of what's to come (top left corner). The scuttlebutt has surrounded a hotel and a new rendering on the site shows a 20,000-square-foot "front print" listed as "future development" with a definitive "no" under the heading "availability."
