Regional planners are being asked to review an application from 411 Partners LLC for a mixed-use development on 180 acres proposed for the southeast corner of Ga. 20, U.S. 411 and Old Gilliam Springs Road near Cartersville.

-650,000 square feet of retail
-85,000 square feet of office
-224,000 square feet of multifamily with 416 units on 31 acres.
-106,000 square feet of senior housing with 40 units on eight acres.
