>411/Callier Springs updates: As we await the next step in the Seven Hills Town Center project (planning commission June 12?), the once-rumored heart of a Sembler retail project is on the market--at a reduced price. The former DaySpring Assembly of God site is listed at $1.7 million for 10 acres. That's around $300,000 less than previously sought. (Click) Also, 10 acres near the Seven Hills site off the other side of Callier Spring is up for auction next month.
