Another inch of rain due today; totals  above 3 inches

-The situation: The weekend storms left us with bloated rivers, saturated lawns and lots of running water in ditches and creeks.

-What to watch: The Oostanaula River in Rome will crest above flood stage (25 feet) later today before beginning to slowly ease.

-Flood watch extended until 8 tonight across the region.

-From The Summerville News:  Chattooga County school system will open two hours later (9:45 a.m.)

-Monday: 100% rain chance, high of 62, low of 47.

-Tuesday: 20% rain chance, high of 70, low of 49.

-Wednesday: Cloudy, high of 78, low of 53; 20% rain chance
