Heavy rain, high winds tonight; wind advisory overnight

-Look for gusts to 35 mph from 7 tonight until 10 a.m. Friday as another storm system soaks an already-wet Northwest Georgia. We could see close to two inches of rain as well. A flood watch is in effect for Polk County and much metro Atlanta. What's out of the forecast: snow for this weekend. Details below.
