-Etowah Crossing Shopping Center available for $1.5 million: Nearly a year after being solid at auction. Etowah Crossing Shopping Center is on the market for $1.5 million. That price tag includes 36,560 square feet but not the former East Rome Krogerslot> Details

-Carter Grove Commons seeks tenants: Another move in commercial real estate--after a brief delay, it appears Carter Grove Commons adjacent to Carter Grove Plantation is moving ahead this year. The small retail center will be anchored by the Cartersville area's second Publix off Old Alabama. -One more Cartersville/west side update: The new Arby's is coming together with the basic infrastructure under way. The store is in front of the rapidly completing CVS at Ga. 113 and Douthit Ferry Road.
