7:40 a.m. Ann Hook and Andrea Pitts from Redmond Regional Medical Center on 'Cruising Toward a Healthy Life,' a free women's health event, set for Saturday, May 18, from 10 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. at The Forrest Place.

8:10 a.m.: We're calling this 'Family Feud meets Dancing With the Stars.' Robert Smyth and his daughter, Caroline, are competing in this year's Rome Celebrity Dance Challenge. Among the competition: Robert's sister-in-law, Devon Smyth (with Dicie Waters). The event itself is Aug. 10.
