News Publishing reorganization plan due in eight days

 -Per the Chapter 11 reorganization filing in federal bankruptcy court, the parent company of the Rome News-Tribune must file its plan with the Rome court and Judge Mary Grace Diehl on May 1. At issue: nearly $10 million in debts.
