Friday: Exchange Club of Rome to select high school speech winners

Media release: Young high school students from Rome and Floyd County will compete in the annual Exchange Club Speech Competition on Friday, March 22, 2013.

The students will each deliver a speech centered around Americanism and will be judged on preparation and presentation.
