A chilly start with low of 19; Rain to return Monday

This morning is one of the coldest of the year as wind chill brought temps to 19 degrees. Warm-up will only be to the upper-40's today.

-Sunday: Mostly sunny, high of 47, low of 26.

-Monday: Mostly sunny, high of 59, low of 40; 90% rain chance.

-Tuesday: 50% rain chance, high of 54, low of 27.

 

-State Sen. Chuck Hufstetler will be a featured guest on 11 Alive this morning at 9 a.m. as he represents the Republicans in a discussion about President Obama's visit to Decatur and his proposal for Pre-K.
