Latest Walgreens due in Cartersville this summer: The 13,650-square-foot store is under construction on Tennessee Street near downtown Cartersville -- and just across the street from competitor CVS. Look for 20 to 25 jobs.

 

45 openings at Hays State Prison: The Georgia Department of Labor will assist Hays State Prison with a job fair to fill 45 Correctional Officer positions from 2 until 6 p.m. March 12 at the Chattooga County Civic Center. Starting pay is $26,754.
