The Noon Optimist Club recently presented checks to two local agencies it supports, Murphy Harpst and the Civil Air Patrol. Picture in both are club President Tom Caldwell. He is joined by the Civil Air Patrol's Brad Prater in one shot and by Chuck Troutman of Murphy Harpst in the other. The Rome club meets at lunch time each Monday at the Three Rivers Club at State Mutual Stadium.
