From CNN: Romney edges Santorum for Iowa Caucus win:
-Mitt Romney has edged Rick Santorum by eight votes in the tightest presidential GOP contest in U.S. history, reports CNN. Texas Rep. Ron Paul finished third, former House Speaker Newt Gingrich placed fourth.

-62 home sales were closed in December vs. 51 a year earlier.
