Just in time for the holidays, the Parking Office has come up with the perfect gift, Free Parking at the 3rd Avenue parking deck. The deck is in an ideal location that makes shopping and dining downtown quick and easy. It's conveniently located at the corner of Tribune Street and 3Rd Avenue, beside the Town Green and Forum and puts you within walking distance of some of the best gift ideas and holiday dining in Georgia. The 3rd Avenue deck is now FREE to use from 6am to Midnight every Thursday from now through Christmas. Regular rates at any other time are still reasonable and give you a safe and covered place to park while you enjoy the beauty of Downtown Rome. The usual rates are the first hour free, $1 per hour thereafter up to 3 hours, and $5 to park all day (with the exception of Special Events).
