-A little surprise popped up on the LoopNet real estate site: a solicitation for tenants for City Center, a new "power center" retail spot with 342,248 square feet planned by R.H. Ledbetter Properties at Riverside Parkway and Turner McCall. The major anchors are listed as Hobby Lobby, Kohl's, Dick's Sporting Goods and Best Buy.
