-The U.S. Tennis Association's vote shows Charleston, S.C., was first and wins the $100,000 prize. Atlanta came in second and wins $50,000; Richmond, Va., was third and gets $25,000. Rome was among those in the honorable mention category, winning $2,000 in tennis equipment. Click
