A closer look at the Harper/Reynolds murder case:  With Scotty Harper's plea agreement on Wednesday, the four-plus-year-old murder case seems closer to a resolution. Senate OK's modified version of the $700 billion bailout plan: Georgia's two U.S. senators,  Saxby Chambliss and Johnny Isakson, voted in favor of the package (CNN). Chambliss is due in Rome Monday for a healthcare roundtable, 8 to 9 a.m., at the Greater Rome Chamber of Commerce. It is for members only.
