East Central's Patel wins National Pet Week contest

Isha Patel, an East Central student, is the winner of the creative writing
contest for National Pet Week 2013. She's pictured receiving her check from
Mary Louise Dixon, secretary of the Auxiliary to the American Veterinary
Medical Association. Students from across the United States participated in
National Pet Week 2013 from May 5-11. The theme this year was "Love Your
Pet, See Your Vet.".
