Chairwoman Kaytlin Greenley is the Marketing Assistant at Coosa Valley Credit Union. Kaytlin has been with the Credit Union for almost 10 years starting as a teller and moving up through Coosa Valley to her current position. She has received the Credit Union Management Award in her completion of CUNA's Management Enrichment Training Program. Kaytlin currently serves as the Chairwoman for 2013 Young Professionals, is past 2012 Chairwoman of the Greater Rome Chamber of Commerce Expo Committee and 2011 past Vice Chair. She also serves on the Northwest Georgia Women's Expo Committee ,Sales Team Manager- Duck Derby Event- Advocates for Children and Credit Unions National Association's Marketing/Business Development Conference Committee. Kaytlin resides in Cartersville.
Vice Chairman W. Craig Millsap is Chief of the Bartow County Fire Department and currently serves as the Interim Director for Bartow County Emergency Management Agency. Chief Millsap is well versed in all aspects of public safety, having been a Firefighter, Emergency Manager, and Paramedic for over 20 years. Prior to his appointment as Chief for the Bartow County Fire Department, Chief Millsap served as Lieutenant with Bartow County Emergency Medical Services and Deputy Director for Bartow County Emergency Management Agency. Chief Millsap is starting his third year serving on the Red Cross Board of Directors. Prior to his election as the Vice Chairman, he served as the Chair for the Board Development Committee and as a member of the HEROES Campaign Committee. Chief Millsap holds a Master of Science degree in Emergency Management and multiple undergraduate degrees. Chief Millsap is a Chief Fire Officer designate, and holds numerous certifications in Homeland Security / Emergency Management, Firefighting, and Emergency Medicine including recognition as a Georgia Professional Manager. In addition, Chief Millsap also serves as a private consultant for numerous Public Safety, Emergency Management, and Homeland Security related companies. Craig resides in Cartersville.
Secretary Debbie Smith is the Chief Operating Officer for the Harbin Clinic, a multi-specialty medical group of more than 200 physicians located in Rome, GA. With more than 20 years of experience in healthcare management Smith leads teams in analyzing the organization's critical business requirements, identifying deficiencies and potential opportunities, as well as creating innovative and cost-effective solutions for enhancing competitiveness, increasing revenues and improving customer service offerings. She specializes include designing operational models that drive forecasting, budgeting, planning and business development efforts in accordance with a company's strategic goals. Prior to returning to Harbin Clinic, Smith served as Assistant Director for Emory Specialty Associates in Atlanta, GA and Chief Operating Officer for Tanner Medical Group in Carrollton, GA. She currently serves on the Board for the Northwest Georgia Chapter of American Red Cross. Ms. Smith obtained a bachelor's degree and master's degree in business administration from Shorter College in Rome, GA. Debbie resides in Rockmart.
The Red Cross responds to nearly 70,000 disasters each year and we help people get ready to respond to emergencies by providing these apps for free.
