Keep Rome Floyd Beautiful updates for May, early June

The Farmers Market opens again on Wednesday, June 5th from 7:00 until 10:00 a.m.

You can park downtown, behind the Library, or near the Stadium and walk or bike on the scenic Ridge Ferry Trail.  Music by the New Coosa Valley Boys from 8:30 until 10:00.  FREE BLOOD PRESSURE CHECKS.  Sunwise information – sunscreen protection ideas for the summer. We'll be serving coffee, juice, and breakfast bars, and providing a re-usable bag so you can purchase fresh, locally grown produce at the Farmer's Market.  Please join us!

 

Mark your calendars for the annual Keep Rome Floyd & Chattooga and parts up yonder Beautiful Field Trip.  It is on Friday, June 14.  We will visit Paradise Gardens in Pennville, eat at Armstrong's in Summerville, and visit Gloria's Gardens in Menlo.  Space is limited – let me know if you want to go.
