Explosion rocks Georgia Power's Plant Bowen; No major injuries -GA Power officials are investigating the cause of the incident that happened around 4 p.m. Thursday afternoon. -Officials say the explosion happened as Coal Unit #2 was being taken down for maintenance. -Total of four minor injuries -Officials say all the plant's power generating units are now shutdown while the incident is being investigated, however, there will be no disruption to power service. -We'll continue to bring you the latest developments today.
