-LakePoint seeks major foreign investors looking for a quick way to become U.S. residents: A proposal from EB-5 Ameri-Holdings offers "eligible foreign nationals the opportunity to become conditional permanent U.S. residents via the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program" if they invest at least $500,000 into the massive sports/retail complex.
