(Media Release) Tickets are now available for the 2012 Gulf South Conference Baseball Tournament!
This year's event runs from Friday, May 4 until Tuesday, May 8 at State Mutual Stadium, Home of the Rome Braves.
Tickets can be purchased in-person at the State Mutual Stadium Box Office, online at www.romebraves.com or at any TicketMaster outlet. Fans can contact the State Mutual Stadium Box Office by phone at (706) 368-5144.
There will be two separate sessions during the first two days of the Tournament and one session for the final three days. All Tournament Passes are $35 and cover all days and all sessions. Individual session passes (Day passes for May 6-8) are $10 and $5 for Students with valid student ID. Children 4 and under will be admitted Free of charge. Parking is $4 per day with the ability to leave and reenter on the same day. Buses and large passenger fans are $10 per vehicle and overnight RV parking is $25 which includes water and power supply.

(If only two teams remain after Game #13)

*-- After Game "11", one team is 3-0 and three teams are 2-1. The teams are matched for Games "12" and "13" in the following priority order:
A) The undefeated team plays the surviving team it has not previously played in this Tournament;
B) If the undefeated team has not yet played two of the remaining teams in this Tournament, then the teams are matched so that the other two remaining teams each play a team each has not yet played.
C) If the undefeated team has played everyone, but two 2-1 teams have not yet played each other in this Tournament, then those two teams are matched against each other.
D) If the teams have all already played each other in this Tournament, then the undefeated team re-matches the team it played earliest in this Tournament.
