Media release: Crews are busy around town with all kinds of fundraisers for Cancer Navigators. Just want to share some of them that are open for the public in case you want to stop by and support the teams:
· Thursday, April 12th WHITE ELEPHANT SALE EVENT located at Volunteer Services at Floyd Medical Center 1st floor 7:30 – 4pm – Hosted by the Volunteer Buccaneers crew
Thursday, April 12th - CN Day at 333 on Broad for lunch and dinner (be sure and let them know you are there for Bunco Babes crew and Cancer Navigators) Portion of the day's sales will be donated to Cancer Navigators.
· Saturday, April 14th- Yard Sale and Barbecue at Heritage First Bank in Armuchee (BBQ, Corn hole play, yard sale items, bake sale) 8am – 2pm – Hosted by the bank's The Change Makers crew
· Saturday, April 14 -- Canter 4 Cancer trail ride. Registration is at 8 a.m. Ride starts at 10. Day will include lunch, games, a balloon release and more.
April 22, from 2-6 p.m., Cast Off Against Cancer finale celebration. 2-4 will be ceremonies related to the benefit and 4-6 p.m. will be live music provided by the band Broad and Third and a street party celebration at the Harbin Clinic Cancer Center parking lot.
