RFPRA Announces Town Hall Meeting: Dog Park Interest Group

The Rome-Floyd Parks and Recreation Authority is hosting a public meeting to establish a dog park interest group.

 

The mission of this interest group is to:

  1. Develop plans for a dog park to include goals, objectives and timeline
  2. Define the scope of a fee based dog park
  3. Identify a fee structure for use of the dog park
  4. Promote and foster the establishment of a self-sufficient, fee based dog park in Rome, Georgia.

 

Anyone interested in learning more about the dog park interest group should attend. The meeting will be held at the Parker Center for Active Adults in the banquet room at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, April 18.

 

Sorry, pets are not allowed at the meeting.
