Good showing by Armuchee High Academic Decathlon team

 

Community release: These are photos of the Armuchee High Academic Decathlon team at the state
competition Feb. 24-25 in Gwinnett County. The team finished
4th in the state in the Division II category, which includes schools with up
to 1,300 students.

Team coach is Lisa Childress, biology teacher, Armuchee High School (far
left in large group photo).

The medal winners are, left to right, Augusta Hosmer - bronze medal in
music, honors division; Austin Bryant - bronze medal in art, scholastic
