Harbin Clinic Dialysis Center, patients wins national contest to receive an educational cooking workshop from Chef Oliver Hall: Harbin received 396,152 votes, beating No. 2 finisher Saints Medical by about 6,000 votes. Harbin was one of 19 facilities hoping to win the two two-day cooking workshop with an award-winning chef for their patients.
