-Another lottery win for Summerville man: (Media release) A free Fantasy 5 ticket has netted a Summerville man his second Georgia Lottery win in two years. David Hester won $31,155 with a free ticket that matched all five winning numbers in the Oct. 22 Fantasy 5 drawing. He won $30,000 on an instant game in 2007. "It's exciting," said Hester, 51, who won his free Fantasy 5 ticket by matching two of five winning numbers in a previous drawing. Hester's prior winnings were used for home improvements, including a new roof and front porch. He's still deciding how to spend his latest prize. He received his ticket at Mr. C's, Martha Berry Highway, Armuchee.
