-Greystone Building at corner of Broad and Second on sale for $369,900: The listing on Loopnet shows developer Ron Goss is selling the 3,950-square-foot two-story that is home to Greystone Barber Shop and  Edward Jones, 130 Broad St.. The former McIntosh Commercial Bank office sits vacant as well> Greystone

-$2.37 million and counting: That's the value of listed Broad Street properties (100 through 500 blocks only) with Greystone now in play. The other addresses:

-239 Broad St. Former T Martooni's, Bistro 239 (vacant). $475,000.

-240 Broad St. Home of Dogwood Books & Antiques (open) $360,000.

>2009 Knights of Columbus Barbecue seeks sponsors: The annual Labor Day Barbecue by the St. Mary's Knights of Columbus is Sept. 7 and this year the Knights are joining with the city of Rome to observe the community's 175th Anniversary. First and goal for Shorter's new on-campus practice field: New field being added to campus, to cost more than $400,000. Shorter had offered those funds o enhance Barron Stadium but the deal was rejected.> Campus
